Opened in September 2000, Proseccheria at Pasticcio is the first example of this new and appealing dining concept in the United States. Proseccheria at Pasticcio, is a place to enjoy good wine, good food and good company in a friendly, casual atmosphere… a place to - as we are fond of saying in Italy - embrace life!

Just as young people meet more and more around a sparkling bottle of Prosecco, so tradition and Pasticcio innovation get together, not only in more renowned premises, but in an absolutely new space: the Pasticcio Proseccheria. A place far from the norm and forerunner of an emerging style, which includes paying attention to one's needs and one's way of drinking and eating, love for nature while maintaining vitality and dynamism, the desire to meet and share certain emotions and feelings.


In the Proseccherie, research is transferred from oenology to marketing and interior design; the re-discovery of the "universe" of Prosecco and other Mionetto wines accompanies the exploration of our Mediterranean food specialities, all resulting in an original type of welcoming, unique wine bar. A formula which is rapidly spreading throughout Italy and the world; another boundless success of the inexhaustible Italian tradition.
